Orlando, FL, June 15, 2011: The Tech Support team has rolled out a knowledgebase website (knowledge.boschsecurity.com) which includes a comprehensive library of technical articles that cover all Bosch Security product lines, including Comm. Articles are regularly contributed by the Tech Support team in various formats including Q&A, Glossary, and Tutorials. Through this interface, users can also submit their own questions and even download the entire database. There are hyperlinks to the Knowledgebase on the support pages within the EV, RTS, and Telex websites.
