CHYRON DELVES INTO FORBIDDEN TECHNOLOGIES

Melville, NY – April 21, 2009: Chyron Corporation (NASDAQ:CHYR) today announced a technology partnership agreement to integrate Forbidden Technologies’ award-winning “FORscene” web-based video toolkit with Chyron’s AXIS Graphics web services.

FORscene is a frame accurate video editing platform growing rapidly in use in news gathering, distribution and post-production. It provides tools for logging, editing and reviewing video. Integrated with Chyron’s AXIS, FORscene can be used from any computer, anywhere in the world.

Chyron Chief Operating Officer Kevin Prince said, “Forbidden Technologies is an internet video pioneer and FORscene’s web-based video editing technology integrates with our AXIS web services seamlessly providing our clients with extremely cost effective solutions.
