Ensemble Designs Provides HDMI Monitoring
Posted on Tuesday, June 9, 2015
GRASS VALLEY, CA, 9 June 2015 - Ensemble Designs is pleased to announce new remote monitoring functionality in it's NXT 410-H Compact HDMI Router. The NXT 410-H will be featured in the Ensemble booth at InfoComm 2015.

The unique architecture of the NXT 410-H allow it to seamlessly route between HDMI and SDI sources. And because it is HDCP compliant, it can even perform perfect vertical interval routing of HDCP encrypted signals to it's HDCP compliant HDMI Output.

Combined with an extensive web-based control interface and video thumbnail monitoring, the NXT 410H is a powerful signal monitoring solution.  Remote access and configuration over web and TCP/IP interfaces allows the NXT 410-H to provide complete signal status and thumbnail proxies at a distance.

Unlike typical HDMI switches, the NXT 410-H converts all four HDMI inputs to SDI form internally. This means that those HDMI ports remain 'live' even if they are not selected to an output. The HDMI sources feeding the NXT 410-H will remain active constantly, allowing their status to be checked before putting them to use.

"The NXT 410-H is an amazing set of tools for switching and monitoring HDMI signals -- whether they are HDCP encrypted or not," says Ensemble Chief Design Engineer, David Wood.

At only 1/3 of a rack unit, the NXT 410-H offers an unprecedented level of feature integration in a remarkably small package.
