HD/SD sync generator/test signal generator is a stable timing source that is perfect for local reference generation in broadcast, remote trucks and post. HD SDI, SDSDI, analog composite, HD tri-level sync, AES audio and analog audio reference outputs are generated. It can operate from an internal precision frequency reference as a stand alone master sync generator or lock to a video reference. For the ultimate in precision, it can lock to an external 10MHz source, such as an atomic standard or GPS receiver.It has three internal video reference generators. Gen A and Gen B each provide two configurable outputs, the first output can be either HD SDI or SD SDI, the second output can be either composite or tri-level sync. Gen C provides an additional tri-level output. Each output set can be timed with respect to the reference to any point in the television frame.Color framing tracks the reference signal.
